Super Block Puzzle
Super Block Puzzle is a free Android game published by kenikon. This policy explains what data the game handles, who else receives it, and what you can do about it. It covers the Android app only.
The short version. We do not ask you to register, and we do not collect your name, email address or precise location. Your game progress is saved on your own device. The game shows adverts through Google AdMob, and AdMob receives technical identifiers from your device in order to serve them. You control whether those adverts are personalised.
The data controller for Super Block Puzzle is:

Email is the fastest way to reach us and is the channel we use for all privacy requests. A postal address is available on request.
The game has no accounts, no login, no sign-up and no contact form. We do not operate servers that store player data. We never see your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise (GPS) location, because the game does not request access to any of them.
The game saves your progress, unlocked levels, coin balance, sound and language settings, and your advertising consent choice in local storage on your device. This stays on the device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed when you uninstall the game.
To display adverts, the Google Mobile Ads SDK built into the game sends the following to Google:
| Category | Examples | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Device identifiers | Android Advertising ID (AAID), app instance identifiers | Serving and measuring adverts, frequency capping, fraud prevention |
| Network data | IP address, which allows an approximate (city- or country-level) location | Serving region-appropriate adverts, fraud prevention |
| Device and app information | Device model, operating system version, language, screen size, app version | Rendering adverts correctly |
| Advert interaction data | Advert shown, viewed, clicked or closed | Measurement and billing |
Google acts as an independent controller for some of this processing and as our processor for other parts, as described in Google's own advertising terms. We receive only aggregate, non-identifying performance reports from AdMob, such as impression and revenue totals. We cannot identify individual players from them.
If you have Google Play's own diagnostics enabled on your device, Google Play may collect crash logs and performance data for the app. That collection is governed by your Android device settings and Google's policy, not ours.
The game does not use GPS or precise location. It does not use artificial intelligence to process your data. It does not contain in-app purchases, chat, user profiles, or any feature that lets players upload or share content. If any of that changes, this policy will be updated before the feature ships.
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
We do not use your data for automated decisions that produce legal effects for you. Personalised adverts, where you have consented to them, are selected by Google's advertising systems based on the data described above.
The game shows banner adverts and occasional full-screen interstitial adverts. There are no rewarded adverts you must watch to progress.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a Google-certified consent screen appears the first time you open the game. Choosing to allow personalised adverts is optional: if you decline, the game still works and you will see non-personalised adverts instead. You can reopen that screen at any time from the settings menu in the game.
Android also gives you controls that apply to every app:
The game relies on the following services. Each has its own privacy policy, which governs what it does with the data it receives:
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks other than the one named above.
Where a third party processes personal data on our behalf, we rely on the data processing terms that service provides, including the terms required by Art. 28 GDPR.
Google operates globally, so data collected through the advertising SDK may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Those transfers are made under the safeguards Google puts in place, principally the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Details are in Google's Ads Data Processing Terms.
kenikon is based in Azerbaijan, which is outside the EEA. Because we do not receive identifiable player data, no transfer of your personal data to us takes place.
Super Block Puzzle is not directed at children. It is intended for players aged 16 and over, and it is not listed in the Google Play family programme. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has used the game in a way that resulted in personal data being collected, email us at [email protected] and we will act on it, including asking Google to delete advertising data associated with the device where that is possible.
If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of it, erasure of it, restriction of its processing, and portability of it; to object to processing based on legitimate interests; and to withdraw consent at any time.
An honest note about how this works in practice: because the game holds no account and we hold no identifiers, we usually cannot locate data "about you" in our own records — there is nothing to look up. The effective route for advertising data is to use the in-game consent screen and the Android advertising controls in section 4, and to contact Google directly using the links in section 5. We will help you do this and will pass on any request we are able to act on.
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In the EU, find yours via the European Data Protection Board. In the UK, contact the Information Commissioner's Office.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information is collected about you, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of its sale or sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
We do not sell personal information for money. Serving personalised adverts may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law. To opt out, decline personalised adverts in the game or use the Android advertising controls in section 4. You may also email us, including through an authorised agent, and we will respond within the period the law allows.
We do not collect sensitive personal information as that term is defined in the CPRA.
There is no account to close, so no verification of identity is needed and nothing is lost apart from your saved progress.
We keep the amount of data we handle deliberately small, which is the strongest protection available to a game of this kind. The signing keys and store credentials for the app are held by us alone and protected by two-factor authentication. Data in transit between the game and Google's advertising services is encrypted by the SDK. No system is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
If a breach affecting personal data we control occurs and poses a risk to your rights, we will notify the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it and inform affected users without undue delay where the risk is high.
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date and version number at the top of the page, and we will publish the new version here before the change takes effect in the game. Where a change requires your consent, we will ask for it in the game. Earlier versions are available on request.
Questions, privacy requests and complaints all go to the same place:
We aim to reply within a few days, and within one month at the latest, extendable by two further months for complex requests as permitted by the GDPR. If we need an extension we will tell you why.
